Following tenant abandonment, the property required extensive refurbishment to restore it to a high standard. The scope of works included the ethical removal of waste, full redecoration, and completion of multiple repairs throughout the property including leaking trad pipe repair, followed by sub floor rip out, re build and flooring reaplacement along with cosmetic remedial work to affected areas.
Collective Build coordinated the required works within one week of instruction, minimising void periods and enabling the property to be quickly returned to the rental market.
