We launched Collective Build to shake up the messy world of trades — making it easier for clients, smoother for trades, and better for everyone.

Too often, refurbishment projects get bogged down in layers of middlemen, inflated costs, delays and poor communication. The people doing the work rarely have a voice, and clients are left frustrated, wondering what the hell is going on.

    General Build and Interior Fit Out

    We handle everything from partition walls and plastering to ceilings, joinery, flooring, and decorating. Whether it’s a full internal strip-out or a clean cosmetic refurb, our team delivers sharp, professional finishes across every trade.

    Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)

    Our electricians and plumbers work as part of the team from day one — covering lighting, power, data, HVAC, fire alarms, and plumbing. It’s all coordinated in-house so you’re not chasing separate contractors or dealing with gaps.

    Fixtures, Fittings & Furniture

    We install kitchenettes, storage, and bespoke joinery, along with full washroom upgrades and fitted furniture. We make sure everything is practical, cleanly fitted, and ready to use from day one.

    External Works

    Need signage, paintwork, glazing, or roofing sorted while we’re there? We can handle external works too, keeping everything under one team, with one point of contact.

    Strip Out and Demolition

    Before we build, we clear. We remove old finishes, fittings, services, and ceilings safely and efficiently — prepping your space for a fresh start without the mess or delays.

    Project Co-Ordination and Compliance

    We manage the job from start to finish — site setup, programme planning, health & safety, and building control. You get clear updates, clean handovers, and a job that’s done properly.
